-PILOTIS SERIES-
Mini-ITX Acrylic Design Case Panel Set
LUBIC-SMINI-PILOTIS-PS
Adopting Piloti Style
Piloti style was adopted in the PC industry for the first time. Piloti
originally comes from the French word Pilotis, meaning a pillow, which
refers to the definition of vaulted ceiling on the first floor of high-floored
buidling in the architecture industry. A real cubic shape is performed
with LUBIC frames and producing a floating atmosphere by creating a
vaulted area on the bottom in order to eliminate the image of heaviness
of PC case on the top.
This product is named by using "Pilotis" which is one of the
five principles of modern architecture advocated by Le Corbusier with
aiming for an establishment on the new design style in the PC industry.
Dynamic Symmetry Structure
By shifting a central axis line according to the forms of motherboard
or I/O port, the dynamic symmetry structure of Japanese style is performed.
This enabled to reduce the void spaces and succeeded in storing the
device modules compactly which brought the highest capability in extendability
for the cubic case of this size. All standard 5 inch drive x2, 3.5 inch
drive x1 and riser card for mounting the PCI card is NOT required.
Petit Retro-flavored Facade
A petit retro-flavored facade is adopted with applying a deformed slit
in order to create a mild image totally on the modern look of LUBIC
PIOTIS. Not only design but also the air flow efficiency is improved.
6cm Fan Hole with Honeycomb Cut and Motherboard
Spacer with 27.5mm Height
There are 2 fan holes attached on the back panel allowing 2 units of
6cm fan installation. You can easily purchase a fan itself, but as 6cm
fans are hard to find, we attached a fan hole with honeycomb cut in
order not to spoil the design image without fan guard installed.
In addition, as motherboard spacer with 27.5 mm height is intalled,
this can also support with a specific type of motherboard with a card
slot attached on the back side. Furthermore, a beneficial space is provided
for storing an extra cables or adjusting air flow.
